Casey whitlock

Casey is the owner of a large ranch, set outside a major southern city a ways. He's a T-Rex who speaks with a southern accent, and he always ALWAYS wears a cowboy hat and cowboy boots. Think the usual stetson type hat for his hat! He also often has a toothpick of bit of hay in his mouth :)
