The answer to botting issues on private servers

The answer to botting issues on private servers and pkers is to make levelling fun. Jagex must go beyond physical preventive measures and not look at the botting issue in that way. Bots are coming back to Runescape after the bot's nuke. Jagex must concentrate on the reasons why people are bots and how they can eliminate the majority of them.

To stop "pk botters", training combat should be enjoyable and not be a tedious process. This can be achieved by creating games that target pkers as well as other grind players. For instance, you could get cash rewards for fighting bad people instead of experience, or other non-tradeable rewards.

Some might argue that "this could impact the economy". However I'm sure that most pkers could buy numerous supplies prior to pking. They would then send their money directly to sellers of common items. As many supplies have been very expensive because of botting, I do not believe that an increase of a small amount in pking supply prices is going to be a big problem.

This will solve the issue of pkers who have to grind for money and then resorting back to botting. Pkers now have enough money to establish a pkbank, and have the skills to get started pking. This will also reduce the need for trading and selling accounts. This may be something I will expand upon later.

It's getting harder to determine the XP rate for each skill, in order to make reasonable adjustments based on natural limits to the XP. What do you think are feasible training methods and their base XP/h rates for each skill, for intermediate-high level players?
