The Output Of Vertical Roller Mill

The output of vertical roller mill often throws out ungrinded crushed stones, and the amount is relatively large, which not only increases the power consumption of grinding materials, but also increases the labor intensity of personnel. So what is the reason for this phenomenon?

The particle size of imported material is too large, resulting in insufficient output of vertical roller mill and stone throwing

Too large particles will bring extra burden to the vertical roller mill, and individual super large particles are not easy to be broken by the steel ball, which will lead to the decrease of output and increase of power consumption of the vertical roller mill. With the continuous addition of new feed, the stones that are not broken will be thrown out of the mill along the mill outlet.

Therefore, the particle size of the material on the feeder should be closely monitored during the operation. When the particle size exceeds the designed maximum particle size, the feeding should be reduced or stopped immediately, and corresponding measures should be taken to ensure that the particle size of the material is qualified.
