Therefore, the balls must be filled strictly according to proportion, and avoid ratio imbalance; when dealing with materials with large particle size or hardness, the low ratio of big ball may lead to coarse product, and the handling capacity will also be limited and the grinding efficiency will be influenced.
2. The feeding speed is the amount of ores that go through the ore mill in unit time. When the feeding speed is very slow, the ore amount in the ore mill is small, which not only leads to low productivity, but results in empty grinding and causes serious wear and over crushing. In order to make ore mill work effectively, high feeding speed should be maintained to keep more ores waiting for grinding inside the mill.
