What Is Pilates?

Go on a bike ride on a mountain trail, through your neighborhood or a local park. Here is an idea of you can exercise the next time you visit a park and that is yoga. If you have kids, have your spouse or a family member baby sit the children so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet of doing yoga in the park.

Get involved in competitive sports. You will not only improve your social health by meeting new friends, the competition will get your heart going and you will get in the best shape of your life. Go to the city recreation office to see which sports are available to join now and to see which ones are coming up.
